How does Teebox work?

Teebox makes tee time booking simple. Choose your course(s), date, player count, time window, and budget. Once you create a booking request, Teebox automatically searches for available tee times that match your preferences. When a match is found, we book it and send you the details.

What makes Teebox different from other booking platforms?

Teebox offers wider course coverage, allows multiple courses in a single request, and supports bookings beyond standard booking windows. You only pay for confirmed bookings, and your first booking is free.

How much does Teebox cost?

Teebox charges $5 per player booked. For example, one player costs $5, and four players cost $20. Your first booking is free (up to $20).

What about courses that require online pre-payment?

If a course requires online pre-payment, the full cost will be forwarded to you, along with a 3% processing fee to cover Stripe fees.

What happens if I miss my tee time?

If you miss your tee time, any no-show charges will be forwarded to you, also with a 3% processing fee.

How far in advance can I book tee times?

You can request bookings for any future date. Course availability varies—some open bookings a week ahead, others up to 90 days in advance. Teebox captures times as soon as they become available.

How does Teebox handle cancellations?

Tee times can be canceled automatically within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, we recommend calling the course directly to cancel. Users are responsible for any no-show charges.

Is Teebox available nationwide?

Currently, Teebox supports over 500 courses in Colorado, Arizona, California, and Florida. We’re adding new courses regularly.

How secure is my payment and personal information on Teebox?

Teebox uses Stripe for payments, ensuring that your credit card info is never stored by us. Stripe is an industry-leading platform used by major companies worldwide. Sensitive login information is encrypted for added security.

Is there a mobile app for Teebox?

Teebox is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA). A fancy way of saying you can add it to your home screen like any other app. You can install it directly by visiting teebox.golf on your mobile browser, logging in, and following the installation prompt.

What happens after I place a booking request?

Teebox continuously monitors for matching tee times. Once a match is found, we book it and send you the details. This secures a reservation at the selected course, subject to the cancellation policy.

How will I be notified about my bookings?

Teebox sends email and SMS notifications based on your preferences. You’ll receive alerts for booking requests, confirmed bookings, expiring requests, and occasional reminders.
